Maintaining Accreditation

Certified agents are required to undergo annual recertification to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest industry developments and legal standards. Certified Agents and Accredited Companies must maintain a minimum of 13 hours of continuing education each year and qualify prior to lapsing. OCCAM provides all of the credits necessary or you can take courses from Approved sources outside of our systems. This commitment to continuous learning and adherence to OCCAM’s stringent standards is essential for maintaining accreditation.
