Letter. This letter describes OCCAM’s role in their service process. It lets the consumer know that they
are completely protected from instances of harm, and we will advocate and act on their behalf in
instances they believe they were treated unfairly. It also lets the consumer know that the company they
chose is the right one. Building consumer confidence is key to your success.
