All marketing and advertising, including web properties, social media, print and radio, mailers, etc. will
be reviewed and approved by OCCAM prior to deployment. Any UDAAP violations found will be
corrected before deployment. ANY marketing and advertising violations will be addressed and if found
to be a deliberate act, member will be removed from OCCAM Membership for 1 year. If found to be
deployed with intent to deceive, materials will be subject to further review by OCCAM Advisory Board
for appropriate resolution.
