All OCCAM Members may integrate and utilize the OCCAM Certified Means Assessment program. Our
proprietary Means Assessment System will properly assess the consumers against all State and Federal
Income and Expense categories and synchs into the IRS system. This assessment is meant to properly vet
the client’s hardship, assess their current living conditions and budget against their County, State and
Federal requirements. This eliminates presumption of abuse and will assist OCCAM Members in properly
demonstrating hardship to creditors. It also thoroughly vets the consumer’s hardship and assists in
allocating appropriate options to engage their financial situation with all the debt relief tools available.
This tool can be used by QC or deployed in the sales environment by appropriately trained staff. This is
free to all members and may be integrated into your CRM.
